Refund Policy
14-day money-back guarantee. If Moodstash Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@moodstash.app from the address you used at checkout and include your order number if you have it. Refunds are issued by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
What's covered
- Monthly and yearly plans: your first payment is covered for 14 days. If a renewal catches you by surprise, ask within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund it and cancel the plan.
- Lifetime licenses: covered for 14 days from purchase.
- Something broken: if Pro stops working because of a problem we can't fix within a reasonable time, contact us at any time and we'll work out a fair refund.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel any time using the link in your purchase email or by emailing us. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
After a refund
The license key is deactivated and Moodstash returns to the free plan. Anything you already downloaded is yours to keep, subject to the creators' rights.
